Shipping Coverage
We currently ship within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Handling Time
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.
Delivery Time
Our standard delivery timeline is 4–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary based on your location and courier performance.
Packaging & Fragile Handling
Glass bangles are delicate items. We take extra precautions to securely package each set using bubble wrap, sturdy boxes, and protective fillers to minimize any risk of damage during transit.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping on all orders above ₹499
- A flat shipping fee of ₹99 applies to orders below ₹499
Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, a tracking number will be shared with you via SMS or email. You can use this to monitor your delivery status in real-time.
Damaged Products After Delivery
We ensure all items are in perfect condition before dispatch. However, we are not responsible for any damages that occur after the product has been delivered, including breakage due to mishandling or accidents post-delivery.
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos and order details so we can assist you.
